Intuit Workforce invite

You are either a new employee or your employer has converted to QuickBooks Online for payroll processing. Welcome!

You may follow the following written instructions or watch this video from Intuit.

First, make sure your employer did send an invite. They will have asked for your email address. Make sure to give them an email address not associated with a previous Intuit Workforce account (from a former employer).

Second, look for the email invitation. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Third, create an account using the link and fill out the requested information. Depending on what your employer set up, you may be asked for:

  • Address
  • Date of birth
  • Tax withholding
  • Direct deposit information
  • Identity details for an I-9 form

It is important to fill this out timely so that your first paycheck can get set up to deposit on time.
